By downloading or using Bugjet, these terms automatically apply to you, so please take a moment to read them before using the app.
You must be at least 15 years old to use Bugjet. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
You may not copy, modify, or reuse any part of the app, its design, or its trademarks. You may not attempt to extract, decompile, or reverse-engineer the app's source code, and you may not create translated or derivative versions of it. The app, along with all associated trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property, remains the property of Romaric Foka.
Romaric Foka is committed to keeping the app useful, reliable, and efficient. For that reason, we reserve the right to modify the app or change how its services are offered, at any time and for any reason. If we ever introduce charges for something that's currently free, we'll always make it clear beforehand exactly what you're paying for.
Some features of Bugjet require a paid subscription, billed monthly or annually as selected at purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Romaric Foka does not process payments or cancellations directly, and cannot issue refunds, since all purchases are handled by Apple. If subscription pricing changes, we will make the new price clear before it takes effect, in accordance with App Store policies.
Bugjet stores and processes the personal data you provide to us in order to deliver and improve the service. Keeping your phone and your access to the app secure is your responsibility. We recommend against jailbreaking or rooting your device — removing the restrictions built into your phone's operating system. Since this can expose your phone to malware and compromise its built-in security protections, and may cause Bugjet to work incorrectly or not at all.

There are certain things Romaric Foka cannot be held responsible for. Some features of the app, such as syncing your data across multiple devices via the cloud, require an active internet connection, whether over Wi-Fi or your mobile network. We can't guarantee full functionality while you're offline or without any mobile data remaining.
If you use the app outside of a Wi-Fi connection, you'll still have access to all app features except multi-device sync — logging into your account on another device to access your data requires an internet connection. Beyond that, your mobile carrier's standard terms still apply: you may be charged for data usage, including roaming charges if you use the app outside your home country without disabling data roaming. By using the app this way, you accept responsibility for any such charges. If you're not the bill payer for the device you're using, we assume you have that person's permission to use the app.
Similarly, we can't take responsibility for circumstances outside the app itself — for example, if your device's battery dies and it powers off, or if your operating system crashes or the device malfunctions, we can't be held responsible for the app being unavailable as a result.
Romaric Foka grants you a non-transferable license to use Bugjet on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store's Usage Rules.
Romaric Foka, not Apple, is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support for Bugjet. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance or support services for the app.
Romaric Foka is solely responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law, to the extent not effectively disclaimed. In the event of any failure of the app to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for the app to you, if applicable; to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple has no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the app, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses attributable to any failure to conform to any warranty will be Romaric Foka's sole responsibility.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Romaric Foka shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, arising out of or in connection with your use of Bugjet.
Romaric Foka, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims from you or any third party relating to Bugjet or your possession and/or use of the app, including but not limited to: (i) product liability claims; (ii) any claim that the app fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (iii) claims arising under consumer protection or similar legislation.
In the event of any third-party claim that Bugjet or your possession and use of it infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, Romaric Foka, not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any such claim.
You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

Romaric Foka may suspend or terminate your access to Bugjet at any time if you violate these Terms of Use.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

You acknowledge and agree that Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms of Use, and that, upon your acceptance of these terms, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms of Use against you as a third-party beneficiary.
